This project aims to implement, develop, design and to provide the technical support for the web portal of Balady platform and its services. We provide a simplification of governmental services procedures’ provided through the ministry’s programs and tools, and client web experience facilitation, in order to improve the performance level, quality and the services provided by the ministry.
